Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to Return
1. Email support@bagdadmobilya.com with your order number before sending anything back.
2. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address for our New Jersey warehouse.
3. Ship the item back to that address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost varies depending on the distance between your address and our warehouse in New Jersey.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bagdadmobilya.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@bagdadmobilya.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
